Hi, I'm 17 years old and I have a huge self esteem problem. My boyfriend told me recently that my nipples are too small and that it would be nice if I had bigger nipples. I know that my nipples are smaller than usual and I have thought about enlarging them by plastic surgery. I also read on the internet that there are different types of devices and clamps used for small nipple enlargement. I think it’s a little kinky though, but I am interested if they work or not, because if they do I think it’s worth the hassle. Is there some other way to get bigger nipples and how safe or unsafe it is?
It is generally thought among men that bigger nipples in women are more sexually attractive. They cause more pleasure during the sexual intercourse for women who have them. In your case I wouldn’t advise any kind of a plastic surgery because you’re still too young and your sexual organs as well as your nipples haven’t reached their full maturity. If I were in your place I wouldn’t worry about it much because your breasts are going to grow in the future, till after twenty years of age, and probably that will get your nipples bigger too. Yes there are many “devices” that are supposed to help your nipples get bigger but you should be careful if youre planning to use those since using them incorrectly can hurt you, and the effect of that kind of a nipple enlargement is most of the times just short termed. Still if you’re planning to undergo some kind of a nipple enlargement procedure I would strongly advise you to consult your doctor about it. As for your boyfriend I think you should go and find yourself another one that doesn’t measure and judge you based upon the size of your nipples.

as on a previous post about inverted nipples, I have found the non-surgical answer to bigger nipples (and reversing inverted nipples)!!!! YEAH!
Avent makes a product called the Niplette that is a true MIRACLE for those of us wanting both of the above. Now I LOVE my nipples that I've hated my whole adult life -- this product WILL WORK and painlessly.
