How can I help my mother with diastolic heart failure?

Hello! I am Marry and I have a problem. I will explain you now nature of my problem: it is diagnosed that my mother has diastolic heart failure. I want to help her, but I am not sure how to do that. I hope you will have some useful advice for me. She takes Lasix and Frusemide for treatment. Thank you!

Hello! It is very important to your mother to do some exercise. I suggest you to walk with your mother (it will be easier for you if you walk with her for sure). I suggest you to walk 30 minutes per day continuative. Let she walks as fast as she can. It is very important to not make any pauses during walk, and if she needs to make a pause, that pause should be very short.
