How can I know if I have hepatitis C?

I am very scared for my health. I am 24 years old and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend couple of weeks ago (ex boyfriend now). And I have found out that he has hepatitis C! I am not even sure what would be the symptoms; he seemed ok for me, although he complained on the tiredness a lot. How can I know if I have hepatitis C?

Well, first of all, even though possible, a person can not get infected by hepatitis C easily during sex. As for the symptoms, there are jaundice (yellow skin and eye whites), appetite loss, fever, pain in abdomen and joints, sometimes vomiting. If anything of those happens please see the doctor immediately.
