How can I lose weight around my face

Hello, I am guy in his 30s. I gained 3pounds around my gut I am trying to lose. Is it possible to control where to lose fat? I tend to lose first on my face, but how can I lose weight around my face

If you want to lose weight around your gut and face you need to change your eating habits. I think you should lower your calorie intake and portion sizes, cut out the sugar, soda, and candy. Also do more exercises that force you to use your stomach muscles. I read somewhere that helps!

I would think that with only 3lbs. to lose that this would be very easy especially if you're still active. Cut out any and all alcohol beverages, sugars, sodas, and caffinated beverages including your morning coffee. I would then recommend that you drink up to one gallon of cold purified water each day. It's easier than it sounds. This will help flush you systems and the cold water will cause your body to increase its metabolism to warm the water down thus burning calories to make the water absorbable or Isotonic.

You should lose that weight pretty darn quickly. BTW weight is lost in proportion thru out your body so you might find you will lose more than you suspected and will look better overall.
