How can I take care of the perianal abscess?

I think I have perianal abscess. I have all symptoms but I didn’t go to doctor yet. I don’t know do I really need to. Maybe I can try to treat it at home. So, can somebody with experience tell me How can I take care of the perianal abscess? Thanks!

If you suspect you have a perianal abscess, it’s better for you to see a doctor. Abscesses need to be evaluated and treated by a doctor to avoid possible complications. A warm bath may help your symptoms. When I had it I was using pain medicine Tylenol. It may help control the pain.
