How can i best sort out my prostate problem?

i have been going to the doctor for two years now as i was unable to urinate and had to have a tube inserted to allow my urine to flow. I have not been told what exactly is wrong except that that i have an enlarged prostate and i feel severe pain when i urinate at the inside tip of my penis as a result of this i was given flomax and finetraside. since then i have developed bladder stones and the pain at the tipof my penis is still there. I have been to many doctors but the problem persist and i am not sure what else to do as i am confused and wonder if there is help.
