Hello. I am an 18 year old male who is sexually active. I find that I cannot last for more than 3 minutes both in masterbation and sex. Why is this? and what can i do to last longer? During sex i find that I ejaculate MUCH quicker than I do when i masterbate. I have been sexually active with my girlfriend for about a year now as well. Please help! Thank you!

Unless you gave a condition called premature ejaculation the time it takes a person to ejaculate depends on the level of arousal. Try slowing down, you don’t have to go full on 100% of the time. You may ejaculate sooner during sex simply because having sex is far more arousing than mere masturbation.
