Hi, I guess it is always possible to pass on some disease, even when you are using condom. Perhaps, one of you has been infected before but you didn’t know. Check better, and search for any other sexual intercourse which your partner maybe had with someone. But, also sharing towels, cloths, swimming in public swimming pool can be reason for passing gonorrhea. So, don’t blame you or your partner. You will have to be persistent with your therapy, in order to have this disease cured. Try to avoid public places of poor hygiene level, at least during the treatment.
