Can I diagnose my self with ADD? I suspect I have some of the symptoms. How did you realize you had ADD problems? I don't have time for a doctor.

But you can’t diagnose yourself with a mental disorder. You need to see a professional; they use something called the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
Usually ADD is associated with anxiety, so you might want to work on becoming less anxious if anything
