How did your life change after hormonal decrease?

I am 35 years old and I am starting to get afraid from what is expecting me in the years to come. I have heard from my female colleagues what all sorts of problems they have had in menopause and they did not hesitate to give me the worst details. I would like to be prepared for the things to come and I need more info, of course. How did your life change after hormonal decrease?

I think that you should listen to your colleagues. I have had not just the worst time of my life but I arranged that to my husband too. The only good thing I did in that time is bringing him to the doctor who explained him that my behavior and problems are quite common for menopause. Otherwise, who knows what could have happened. Anyway, do not be that afraid. There are medications, therapies that will deal with most of the symptoms you might experience. Also, you still have a couple of years till that time comes.
