Hello, guys. I am thinking of starting with exercising. I have never done this before, but I sit all day in the office and I can't do this anymore. I wonder how I can know which type of exercise would suit me. I am not so young anymore, so all your help will be more than welcomed. Thanks, guys!
Hello. I think the best thing would be to talk with your trainer. You should tell him/her what you want to achieve. He will make a personal program for you. You will have mild pain in your muscles after your first several trainings. But if you feel a severe pain during a certain exercise, you should stop. Discuss that your trainer.
