How do I prevent pregnancy?

i am in trouble; seek your guidance, pls reply me.

I and my future fiancé didn’t do any sex but we got naked and hugged each other. My penis once touched her vagina; I am not sure whether it carried pre cum or sperms over it. When she felt it touching her vagina she told me this and I at once took her apart from my body. I was not wearing any condom. About 2.5 months have passed now. She got her first menstruation in time. But before the second one for 13 days she continuously experienced blood drops coming out her vagina and then normal menstruation after this.

Now we both are very much worried because we don’t need a baby before our marriage. In our culture it’s a sin and both of us will not be able to face our families if a baby takes birth or even if any of our family members comes to know about it. Please help us and recommend her a useful medicine which would surely stop her pregnancy if it is so. Now i will never even touch her before marriage. please help us and recommend some medicine available in pakistan

She is NOT PREGNANT, because your penis did not go INSIDE of her vagina.

She should use birth control pills, pills you take everyday to prevent pregnancy.

You should also use condoms.
