| Does anyone know if you are supposed to take Ovulex in the morning as well as the night or both pills right before bed? |

it says on bottle of ovulex to take 2 tablets a hour before bedtime so thats what im doing, my hubby is on male version (amberoz ) and hes taking them 1 in morning and 1 a hour before bedtime so wish us luck.  |

| well i dont know if they have reveiwed how to take it or not but ive been taking 2 every nite an hour before bed for the last 2 weeks now and i have defintly felt my ovulation period more this time its been more noticable and i havent felt so narky ive been more chilled out so fingers crossed its working , wish us luck, and here's some baby dust to all who are trying for a little miracle . |

Hi Guest and Lilyskittens,
I am new to this forum so nice to communicate with you. I decided to take Ovulex for a few days now (I am desperate to have baby). I raised the question to Selmedica, here is the answer I have from them "We have changed the directs of the ovulex. They have found better results when the product is taken 2 capsules before bed. The ingredients are still the same".

| i just started taking the medicine 2 weeks ago friday and i was wondering when to start taking them because it doen's say anything on the bottle,so thank you for posting this on the web, wish me luck!!! |

i wish u lots of luck i took ovulex for a whole month it caused a lot of stomach cramps but i still took it ive just had a very heavy monthly so it didnt help me get pregnant but i think its cleared my system out so heres hoping i fall pregnant soon good luck to all those who are taking ovulex. xxx  |
