I have been taking ovulex for 63 days as of Friday . In the beginning I started having headaches and a lot of cramping. My second period while on it, it was only 3 days instead of 7, but it is said that ovulex is supposed to be preparing and regulating your body, and it is said that it is supposed to regulate those with irregular periods. I wasn't irregular so I can say myself that this is true or not but I have read several forums that say it does. The headaches went away after 2 weeks and the cramping after 6 weeks but everyone has a different experience because of all the herbs in it. I am hoping this month is my month. And I guess I should note that it is not regulated by the FDA so you may want to a search on ovulex forums and see more personal experience good and bad before taking it.
