Hi, my friend is 37 years old and he is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder nightmares. He has nightmares almost every evening and it makes him almost completely incapable to maintain his daily jobs. I would like to help him so I would like to know how do you treat ptsd nightmares.

Hi, I was also suffering from ptsd nightmares and I decided to visit psychiatrist. I was going on therapies for several months until I finally overcome this problem. My psychiatrist taught me how to recognize and accept my nightmare as something normal which will pass. It was not easy but I made it!
