Hi, I have started with vegan diet and vegan way of life generally recently. My girlfriend is responsible for that. She is on business trip now and I need some information. I have heard that vegan diet does not provide us with enough vitamins like B-12 and that the usage of vegan vitamins is something I should consider. How effective are Vegan Vitamins?
Vegan diet generally can provide you with enough vitamins but if you take it correctly. But you are new in this so I can say that vegan vitamins could be good choice for you. They are non-toxic, very absorbable and truly effective. They have all kind of ingredients like land vegetables: whole leaf grass, nettle leaf, spinach juice, nopal cactus, ginger root etc. Anyway additional boost of energy wont hurt you.
