My mother had a really bad fall this morning. She feels very strong pain. I think that she maybe has a hip fracture. We plan to go to doctor to see what was happened. I’m wondering How is hip fracture diagnosed? Does anybody with experience can tell me that? Thanks!
If you think you have hip fracture your doctor can determine that you have it based on your symptoms and by observing the abnormal position of your hip and leg. Then you need to do X-ray. An X-ray will confirm that you have a fracture and show exactly what part of your hip is fractured.
