I was diagnosed as having a partially torn Rotator Cuff tear in my right shoulder on a Tuesday. I am writing this on Friday and I still have the pain. When will the injection take affect? Also, my orthopedic Doctor said that if I am still in pain, when I go for my follow up which is October 10 I will need to have surgery for my shoulder. Should I have the surgery anyway? this pain is awful and it radiates down to my elbow with a burning sensation (even before the shot). Thank you
