Hi! I have a problem with beck pain for years. I decided to try with some kind of alternative healing. I plan to start with reflexology first. Is it a good idea? Does anybody have some experience with reflexology treatments? And How many times a week should I do reflexology? Every day or once a week? Thanks!

First, I need to say that it's an excellent idea. I believe that reflexology can help you. I can not tell you exactly how many treatments per week do you need. Only you reflexologist can answer on that question. The number of treatments depended on each person. At your first consultation with reflexologist, you will together discuss about that.
