I need to go to breast surgery next week.I have some kind of tumor. I’m worried a lot, of course. I try to prepare myself to this operation as good as I can. I’m wondering How much sleep do I need before an operation? Should I need to sleep more then usually? Thanks!

Well, it will be better for you to go to surgery in good condition. Try to rest a lot few days before it and sleep at least 8 hours that night before surgery. You body need to prepare for it. Try to not panic and try to stay positive. Good luck!
