How much weight did everyone loose after the surgery? I am about to get the surgery (JAN 2) and I can't stand to loose any weight.

I'm sorry the surgery I am refering to is a tonsilectomy.

you absolutely will lose weight after the procedure. there's just no way that you can maintain your current calorie intake after having your tonsils removed. i'm at day 7 post-op and have lost about 8 pounds.

When I had my tonsils taken out, I lost 20 lbs. in 2 weeks. :\
