I’m suffering from constant shoulder pain. I use medicaments but I don’t feel any better. I started to think that I can try with some alternative way of healing. I heard that chiropractic can help me, but I’m not sure. How safe is chiropractic practice? And what is it useful for?

Hi! I read a lot of studies about chiropractic and I can tell you that it’s safe and very effective, especially for people with problems like your. It’s safer than taking medications or having spine surgery. That’s for sure. Of course, complications from chiropractic adjustments are possible but they are rare. It’s useful in correcting back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, legs and feet.
