How severe can the pain of appendicitis get?

Hello! I want to know how severe can the pain of appendicitis get. I have few friends whom had appendicitis and they told me that was very unpleasant experience. I am afraid that I will get appendicitis and I want to know how severe pain I can expect. I hope you will answer me this. Thank you in advance!

Hello! I can tell you that everybody have different pain threshold. So, some pain for me could be severe, but not for you and vice versa. From my experience, I can tell you that appendicitis pain can be very strong. I felt very weak because of this pain and that was terrible period for me, honestly.
