Hello. Me and my wife both are of O+ Blood group. It has been 1 year and 3 months to our marrige. She is 25 and myself 27. We are expecting child from three month but disappointed everytime.
what should we do to conceive a child. we both have healthy sexcual relation and good health.
Please help us.
Three months isn't really a long time to be trying. it can take a healthy couple up to a year to concieve. just keep trying. your wife can start charting her temperatures, using an ovulation kit, checking her discharge for ovulation, or keep track of dates she should be ovulating. stress can also play a factor in couples trying to concieve. try to relax and enjoy the process of making a baby.
