I need an efffective treatment for face dandruff. Does anyone know? I saw a dermatologist ten or so years ago, and was told there was no cure or treatment at that time. It's disgusting and embarassing. I don't have it on my scalp, but only on my face. I am in peri-menapause. Sad My skin seems to build up a tolerance to whatever peel I am currently trying, like a callus effect. Also, almost all the sebum glands are inactive. Thanks!
