How to choose whether to keep the child or not?

We are both 24 and my girlfriend is pregnant. She found it out yesterday. I guess that we’re both in shock now. We haven’t told it yet to anyone. How to make decision whether to keep the child or not? There’s no one else that can choose instead of us.

I think that you’re never really ready for the baby, but as months of pregnancy go by, you get more and more ready. Of course the most important is to want the child and not to treat it as a mistake. It’s not baby’s fault but yours. There are many ways to keep from unwanted pregnancy, else there is abortion… I think that you should talk to someone you really trust and whose opinion you respect. Generally, you’re not too young, but it’s highly individual decision.
