Approximately six months ago, I believe that perimenopause started. I have noticed irregularities with my period, mood swings, moments of depression. I cannot live normally with my family. Everyone goes on my nerves or I do not have understandings for them. Can anybody help me how to deal with this crisis during perimenopause?

Some women usually seek medical attention for perimenopause symptoms. However, others either tolerate the changes or simply do not experience annoying symptoms. If you believe that symptoms do not let you to live normal life, ask your doctor for advice, as oral contraceptives are effective in relieving perimenopausal symptoms. I am a satisfied consumer.
