Hello, I am 27 years old and I have to admit that I am a bit frightened with my health status. I have a new girlfriend and we are not using any protection. Now I have problems while urinating, some sort of burning feeling and I am afraid that I might have some infection, gonorrhea for example. Can you tell me how to ease those symptoms?

You should know that the thing you have to do first is see a doctor to determine what condition you actually suffer from. If it is really gonorrhea, then it will most likely be treated with antibiotics. It is also important for your sexual partner to be treated for the same condition and no sex while under the therapy (if you want a fast recovery)!
