How to live with someone who has Antisocial Personality Disorder?

I would like to know if anyone has the same problems as I do. My brother has been diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder and I have to say that it is not an easy task living with him. I know that this sounded a bit selfish, I mean, he is a patient here but it is just so hard talking and communicating with him. Do you have any advice?

Well, I guess that the only thing you can do is help him any way you can. If he gets better, than living with him would not be such a problem, right? But the problem with antisocial disorder is that there are no specific medications for that condition. That means that only some sort of the psycho therapy, perhaps a group one might help. But of course, he has to have the will and desire for that.
