Hello, I practice soccer almost every day and I have excessive sweating. This is a problem for me, because I can dehydrate easily. Since I like sport, this is a big problem for me and I want to solve it. How can I naturally control excessive sweating? Is that even possible?
It is very important with excessive sweating to remove all the possible factors that might contribute to that condition. Adequate shoes and clothes are necessary. Also, if possible, environmental conditions where you practice should be adjusted (if possible, I repeat). And also, you should take fluids, before, during and after the practice in order to avoid that dehydration.
