How to prepare for sound therapy?

Hello! I know what sound therapy is, but before I start with it (I have bought CD), I want to know is there any special preparing for sound therapy. I hope you will know something more about this. I really want to try with sound therapy, because I think that it is my last option for reliving from stress… Thank you!

Hello! I have had heard many good things about sound therapy and I that is why I have started with it. I can tell you that I feel improvement after few days. For sound therapy you do not need any special preparing. When want to relax, just play CD. You can listen it all the time (while you are working something, for example).
