How to prevent cardiac risk factors?

I know that I have a personal history of heart disease. My mother’s parents and also my father had some kind of heart disease. I’m 32 years old now but maybe it’s time to think more about my health. Can somebody give me any good advice How to prevent cardiac risk factors? Thanks!

You are right, it’s a good time to start to take care more about your general health. First if you smoke, just stop. When you stop smoking, you start reducing your risk immediately. You need to control regularly level of cholesterol in your blood and blood pressure. Eat healthy food and be physical active as much as you can.
