Hello! Hello! My sister has a daughter who is eleven. She spends most of her time in front of the mirror changing her clothes and listening to the loudest music I have ever heard. I find this normal for her age. But, I noticed she eats only one kind of food and I am worried about her since I noticed she is too thin. How to prevent eating disorder?
Hello! Since teenage girls are at the greatest risk of developing eating disorders parents should be not to miss any of the signs such as attempting to miss meals, not eating with the family or visiting the toilet after eating. Parent and people close to the child have to be honest and open and always try to share feelings with a child. Good communication and healthy family are very important in prevention of eating disorder.
