Hello, angina pectoris is a condition that runs in my family. Most of us are over weighted. Watching them, I see that it is not an easy condition and it might end up badly, with a heart attack. Can you tell me how to prevent ischemic heart disease? I would really like to avoid the fate of my family members…

The best way to prevent ischemic heart disease is to remove arteriosclerosis. You will do that by loosing weight, by starting with exercises and by completely changing your lifestyle (no fat in the food, no smoking and alcohol). I know that it seems hard at the moment, but believe me; it will not be as hard as the heart issues you might be facing in a near future.
