How to prevent my mother who suffers from dementia of wandering?

Hello. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's disease. She started with 'wandering' and I really do not know what to do. I mean, how to prevent person who suffers from dementia of wandering? I have tried to explain her that she is wandering, but that did not help. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! You must be very patient and gentle with your mother. She is in serious condition. Talks about that she wanders are not helpful for her. Only you do with mentioned talks is hurting her fillings. You need to find a way to help her. You cannot prevent your who suffers from dementia of wandering.
