Pollen allergy happens around the world but for now as you said there is no effective medicine for curing it. In nature, there are bees that collect honey amid clusters of flowers. Zoologists have long before they found their gene that resist pollen allergy. After detail researching the inventions of traditional Chinese medicine remedy that relief allergy combining special substance of royal jelly with precious Chinese herbs. This remedy is brought and existed on the market. You should try it to relief allergy not just providing nutritional support during the pollen season. Also at the same time give forth pleasant scent from one’s body when taking this formula. Mystery of this kind of relieving is that herbal preparation excretes through skin and sweat gland, also the body’s inner allergic reception is changed. That’s how the pollen will not cause allergic reactions. As a result, allergy relief is here, symptoms are avoided and meanwhile the body’s immunity is improved.

Most allergens are found either in the environment or in food. Pollen is one environmental allergen (reactions to pollen are often called hay fever). If you have allergies, dietary therapy should include strategies for mucus reduction, elimination of allergenic pathogens, and general immune support. Base your diet on non-mucus-forming foods: whole grains (although gluten sensitivity is common), fresh vegetables and fruits, cold-pressed oils, and raw seeds. To keep your immune system healthy, make sure to get enough lean protein. Seafood and tofu are good sources that don’t encourage mucus production. Drink a lot of water to thin mucus secretions. Flaxseeds and flaxseed oil can reduce inflammation.
Pollen counts in late summer are highest between 5:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M., so schedule your gardening and other outdoor activities with this in mind. The best time for you to be outdoors is after a rainstorm, when pollen levels drop significantly. We represent "Unauthorized Ad", an on-line company supplying customized vitamin supplements to the USA. We hope this information may be of interest to you.
Allergies are responses mounted by the immune system to a particular food, inhalant (airborne substance), or chemical. In popular terminology, the terms “allergies” and “sensitivities” are often used to mean the same thing though many sensitivities are not true allergies. The term “sensitivity” is general and may include true allergies, reactions that do not affect the immune system (and therefore are not technically allergies), and reactions for which the cause has yet to be determined.
Dr Balch's nutritional team has created a formula designed to help control the body’s immune response to an allergen and the symptoms of a moderate response. Vitamin C and Quercetin both are good natural anti-histamine agents. Bioflavonoid Mix potentiates the functions of vitamin C. MSM and essential fatty acids contained in Flaxseed have the property to reduce inflammatory reactions. Thymus has shown to calm the immune response. Lactobacillus Acidophilus are thought to reduce the potential for allergies. Nettle has demonstrated to be effective against hay fever. Betaine HCl assists in the digestion of food and reduces the potential for food allergies.
Dr. Balch works with "Unauthorized Ad" to provide custom-made natural remedies for anyone who wants an all-in-one daily supplement that addresses all their health concerns, as well as providing the vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health and wellness.

| Yes, I suggest trying eating honey from local bees (this would carry the pollens themselves and bolster immunity), especially if you can find some with wax. OR try a bee pollen that you can buy at a natural foods store or online. |
