I am 44 years old and I am suffering from Gulf War syndrome. I need to know how to deal with the emotional distress. There are physical symptoms, yes, but they are all fading in front of the depression waves that are sometimes simply unbearable. I know that the doctor is an obvious solution but I have seen too many of them in these past years…

Well, then you do know that a lot can be achieved with the help of medications, especially when it comes to depression. And also, there is a possibility of the individual or group therapy sessions where you can share your problem with people that have similar issues. But you do need to go to the doctor again.
