I know that I have some kind of disorder, some kind of phobia but I dont know which one. I am terrified of situations in which I am in the center of the attention, especially if there are some strangers. For example exams are the worst nightmare for me. How would you call this phobia?

As you described I believe that it is so called social phobia. It is when person have specific fear of social performance situations in which the individual is exposed to unfamiliar individuals or to possible examination or evaluation by others. In each case you realize that your fear is excessive and unreasonable given to circumstances but you cant help it.
