Well ive had them for ages but I want them gone... it looks horrible in my eyes and they are much more visible when i have an erection... they are mostly based on the top of my penis and i dont know if this is normal or not but; when my penis is flacid it has a lot of excess skin at the top im 17 btw... I tried to pop some of the bigger little spots but it hurts and i cant... there are some going down on the under side and then they are all over my scrotum too...

i think i have the same.
do they itch sometimes and are in somwhat of a circle around the base of it?
