I am 34 years old and i been having sharp pains in my left breast above the nipple toward the chest area. The lower part of my breast it is a soreness filling when being touched what is causing my left breast to hurt when I move or lift something up in a certain way.

I have breast pain associated with fibroid cysts. Before I found this out through clinical and ultrasound I knew of one small lump but the pain you describe on both breasts. Fibrodema is comon for late 20 and 30's may be worth looking up. Seeing a doc could really lessen the load.
