Hi, folks. I am a professional footballer and I have experienced several injuries lately. I would like to start with therapy. I hear hydrotherapy has an important role in sport medicine. I would like to hear your opinion about this? Can anyone tell me something more? I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.

Hello to you too. You have heard well. Hydrotherapy has an important role in sport medicine. It is great for sport injuries. Exercises can be done in a swimming pool. It is excellent for reaching buoyancy. In the pool, the muscles are relaxed. That improves the range of joint motion. While in water, there is no weight transmitting. This is excellent for healing fractures, knee injuries and back injuries. I hope you will be satisfied. Bye!
