When the hymen breaks and if blood flows, what should the man do? clean the blood? stop? or keep going?

It's a personal choice. Putting down a towel is a good idea though, if you know for sure her hymen is still intact. If there isn't a lot of blood you can continue as long as shes comfortable, or you can stop, clean up, and then continue again. My hymen was broken previous to sex so it wasn't an issue for me but if it had been I probably would have continued if it wasn't a ton of blood.
