I have not been diagnosed with hypoglycemia yet, but my glucose gets down, and it does go away on its own with or without eating something. I suddenly get blurred vision, sweaty. It doesn’t happen often but it is happening in past few years. What could be the cause?

I’ve had that happen. I guess there a few possibilities. You may ate something that cause sharp drop, but may have also contained enough carbohydrates to restore the level a bit at the same time that it dropped it or you have hypoglycemia, but not severe as other cases.
And it may simply be a coincidence and a sign of bad things coming….
