| hi, just thought i'd let you know that hypoglycaemia is simply low blood sugar levels, this can be due to numerous factors such as not eating right / enough, and sudden increase in activity levels without sufficient calorie intake. most people at some point will experience this, however it is easy to recognise - shaky, clammy, dizzy, nauseous - and easy to rectify - eat a piece of fruit or a glucode drink / sweet. the important thing to be aware of during pregnancy is gestational diabetes, where your blood sugar becomes to high, however this will be monitored during your ante-natal checkups. hope this helps. |
