I am uncircumcised and have hypospadias. Some of my foreskin is connected ot the right and left side of the head of my penis like many men with hypospadias. I think that it is suppose to be unattached to the head.

After masterbating sometimes my penis and foreskin swell. I only masterbate about every week and a half or so and I am very hygenic.

i am thinking of having either a circumcision because of this or having some of the skin cut on the sides to be detached from the head more.

Could the swelling be from the foreskin and would it be a good idea for a circumcision since the skin bothers me?
