Hypothyroid and haven't been able to conceive.

I am 26 years old and I have been married for 3 years. I have problems with hypothyroid. I didn't know I had it until a year ago that I went to my Doctor for a chech up. I told her that my husband and I were not having any luck, so she did blood work on me and my thyroid came out very high. Now, I am normal but know my menstrual period stopped and I am not pregnant. I have been this way for 3 months I have another appointment to see my doctor on Monday but I don't see what is going on can you please help?
