Hysterectomy at age 26, what hormones should I be on???

Hysterectomy at age 26, have been put on cenestin 1.25 but my body can tell no difference with or without the meds. No hot flashes, mood swing or night sweats yet and Its been a year. I know I need to take it for bone health, but is it really helping me or should I change meds. Or should I just stop taking hormones all together, my sex drive is already -0 and thats no fun, but how do you get this fixed?
