INDUCED MISCARRIGE PERIOD THEN PROLONGED DARK BROWN (LIGHT)

I am 17 years old and recently had an induced miscarriage...then as I scheduled I got my period which lasted about a week; ever since I have had a dark brownish period for about 3 weeks now...what could it be can anyone help me thanks..
