HI I HAVE RECENTLY HAD EXTREMELY BAD ITCHING AND DRYNESS IN MY INNER LABIA. I HAVENT HAD SEX IN OVER A MONTH AND WAS WONDERING IF THIS COULD BE A STD OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Maybe you ought to try washing with warm soapy water (use DOVE) and pat dry once daily. You could also buy that cream by Vagisil for vulvar itching a put a tiny bit on after you wash. Do you have discharge? Have you been on antibiotics...maybe it's a yeast infection about to come on? If your discharge is green or gray and smells fishy, that's a sign of a bacterial infection and you will have to see your Gyno for an evaluation and a prescription. Normal discharge is white yellowish and has no smell.
