Hello,

I am over 18 and still under my parent's insurance plan. I was just wondering if I went to the gyno and got some tests if they would receive any record of the visit? And if so, what information would they receive?

Please answer. I want to get tested so that I can be safe.

Thanks!

They can't technically give your parents any information. What they will get from the insurance is just that a test was given and how much the test was. You can't avoid that but it doesn't say what kind of test.
